Ed Begley Jr, Chazz Palminteri to Guest Star on TNT's RIZZOLI & ISLES

TVGuide.com reports that Chazz Palminteri, Ed Begley Jr., and Chris Vance are among the actors who will guest star on the next season of the TNT drama RIZZOLI & ISLES.  

Chazz Palminteri will reprise his role of Frank, the father of Jane (Angie Harmon). He has not appeared on the show since the premiere season finale when he delivered a piece of upsetting news to the family. Ed Begley Jr. is also making a return appearance as Dr. Pike who will offer support to Maura (Sasha Alexander). Vance reprises his role as Lt. Col. Casey Jones, Jane's former love interest. 

Other actors who will be appearing on the show's third season include Jacqueline Bisset as Maura's adoptive mother Constance, John Doman as Maura's mob boss dad Paddy Doyle and Colin Egglesfield as Tommy, Jane's brother.

As previously reported, actress Sharon Lawrence (NYPD Blue) will join the show as Hope, Maura's biological mother who gave her up for adoption at 18. Eddie Cibrian will also return as Dennis Rockmond, a new love interest for Maura.

Season 3 of RIZZOLI & ISLES premieres Tuesday, June 5 at 10/9c on TNT.
