ESPN's Coverage of Men's & Women's ACC College Lacrosse Championship Begins

Coverage of the ACC men's and women's championship coverage begins this week, with the men's semifinals on Friday, April 28, on ESPNEWS. No. 1 SEED Syracuse will play No. 4 North Carolina (6 p.m. ET), followed by No. 3 Notre Dame facing No. 2 Duke (8:30 p.m.). The winners will play for the conference title on Sunday, April 30, at noon on ESPNU. Anish Shroff, Quint Kessenich and Paul Carcaterra will call all the action from Koskinen Stadium in Durham, N.C. Additional footage from the ESPNU ALL ACCESS Lacrosse shows featuring Duke and North Carolina will also air throughout the weekend. All Access: UNC Lacrosse and All Access: Duke Lacrosse will re-air on Friday, April 28, at 10:30 p.m. and 11 p.m., respectively, and Sunday, April 30, with Duke's show at 10 a.m. and UNC's show at 10:30 a.m.

The women's championship begins with four women's quarterfinal matchups on Thursday, April 27. No. 1 SEED North Carolina will face No. 8 Duke (11 a.m.), followed by No. 5 Boston College playing No. 4 Notre Dame (2 p.m.), No. 7 Virginia Tech versus No. 2 Syracuse, and No. 6 Louisville taking on No. 3 Virginia (8 p.m.). Winners will advance to play in the semifinals on Friday, April 28 (5 p.m. and 8 p.m.), and the championship will be played Sunday, April 30, at 1 p.m. All games are available on ACC Network Extra.
