ESPN's College GameDay Covered by State Farm - the Saturday morning and evening roadshow that follows the top storylines of the college basketball season - will travel to Gainesville, Fla., and the campus of the University of Florida today, Feb. 7. The show's visit is in advance of the Saturday Primetime presented by DIRECTV matchup between SEC foes - No. 1 Kentucky vs. Florida at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN. GameDay's first hour airs at 10 a.m. on ESPNU, continuing live at 11 a.m. on ESPN.
Previously announced for 6:15 p.m. on ESPN, No. 10 Louisville vs. No. 2 Virginia will now be played at 7 p.m. The evening edition of College GameDay, live from Gainesville, will begin at 6 p.m. on ESPN.
ESPN3 Surround will be available for the Kentucky-Florida game, featuring in-arena natural sound and views from above the rim cameras at each end of the floor.
This will be GameDay's fourth stop in Gainesville - visiting in 2006, '08 and '11 - and will appear on GameDay for the seventh total time. Kentucky, which heads into the weekend In "Pursuit of Perfection" with a perfect 20-0 mark, will be part of GameDay for the 10thoverall time, fifth time on the road.
First-year College GameDay Covered by State Farm analysts Seth Greenberg and Jay Williamsjoin the retuning duo of host Rece Davis and analyst Jay Bilas. Dan Shulman, Bilas and reporter Shannon Spake will have the call of the Kentucky-Florida game.
