ESPN2's FIRST TAKE kicks off ESPN's week of Veteran's Day programming with a live telecast from Joint Base Charleston in Charleston, S.C., on Monday, Nov. 7, at 10 a.m. ET. Stephen A. Smith, Max Kellerman and host Molly Qerim will be joined by Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Darius Rucker. A live audience of military personnel will be present as the hosts discuss the topics of the day.
"Veteran's Day is one of our favorite shows every year," said coordinating producer Antoine Lewis. "We think is important to honor America's military men and women. It is also a great experience for us to interact and entertain the troops. It will be a great scene at Joint Base Charleston."
Then on Tuesday, Nov. 8,
FIRST TAKE will air an Election Day Special featuring Smith vs. Kellerman on a presidential-style debate set. Viewers will get to vote on which commentator wins the debates of the day.
Lewis added, "Election Day is a serious and important time for our country, but we just wanted to provide a little fun as well with our
FIRST TAKE Decision 2016. Stephen A. and Max are excited to let America vote during the show to decide who the best debater is, plus Jay Pharoah will increase the fun factor by adding commentary and impressions throughout the show. This will be memorable television."
First Take is ESPN2's weekday morning studio debate show featuring commentators Smith and Kellerman with host Qerim.
FIRST TAKE airs weekday mornings from 10 a.m. - noon. Follow
