ESPN will exclusively televise the MLB Little League Classic on SUNDAY NIGHT BASEBALL from Williamsport, Pa. - site of the Little League WORLD SERIES - on Aug. 20, at 7 p.m. ET. The MLB Little League Classic will feature the St. Louis Cardinals against the Pittsburgh Pirates in a special regular-season game, which will celebrate youth baseball and support MLB's PLAY BALL initiative.
The
SUNDAY NIGHT BASEBALL team of Dan Shulman, analysts Aaron Boone and Jessica Mendoza and reporter Tim Kurkjian will provide commentary. The game will be available across
ESPN platforms, including
ESPN Radio,
ESPN Deportes,
ESPN DEPORTES Radio and it will stream via the
ESPN app and WatchESPN.

ESPN and
ABC will once again combine to televise all 32 Little League
WORLD SERIES games from Williamsport, Pa. this August, culminating with the Little League
WORLD SERIES Championship Game on ABC, Sunday, Aug. 27.
The MLB Little League Classic will emanate from the renovated BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field, the home of the Class-A Williamsport Crosscutters of the NY-Penn League. BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field, which opened in 1926, is the second oldest Minor League ballpark in the United States. The Pittsburgh Pirates have been designated as the "home team." The game will be hosted by MLB and the MLBPA.
Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell generally airs weekly at 8 p.m. ET throughout the regular season.
