Last night's ESPN Monday Night Football game - a Pittsburgh Steelers' 16-13 overtime win over the Kansas City Chiefs - won the night among all television programs on broadcast or cable in all key male and adult demos. Similarly, MNF led all television programs in those same categories.

The telecast delivered a 9.5 household coverage rating (8.2 US), representing an average of 9,350,000 households (12,824,000 million viewers - P2+), according to Nielsen. It peaked between 10:30-10:45 p.m. ET with a 10.4 coverage rating.

In Kansas City, the game delivered a 15.1 rating on ESPN and a 19.1 rating on KMBC-ABC, for a combined 34.3 rating in the market. In Pittsburgh, the game delivered a 14.2 rating on ESPN and a 31.3 rating on WTAE-ABC, for a combined 45.5 rating in the market. The top-10 metered markets (not including primary home team markets): Las Vegas (16.0), New Orleans (14.9), Denver (13.5), San Diego (12.8), Baltimore (12.1), Norfolk-Portsmouth-Newport News (12.0), Buffalo (11.6), Richmond (11.6), Memphis (10.7) and Indianapolis (10.7).

Through the first 10 weeks of the NFL season (11 games), MNF is averaging a 9.7 household coverage rating (8.4 US), 9,542,000 households and 13,091,000 viewers, down slightly from the same point last season.

ESPN's MNF returns with a highly-anticipated matchup of division-leading NFC teams as the San Francisco 49ers (6-2-1) host the Chicago Bears (7-2) on November 19 at 8:30 p.m.
