Álvaro Colom - President of Guatemala
A series of torrential rains, together with tropical storm Agatha, have caused severe flooding in Central America. To date, officials have confirmed over 100 deaths in Guatemala alone. President Álvaro Colom speaks with José Díaz-Balart about this natural disaster and other topics.
