Matthew Gumley just booked the Series Regular role in the USA pilot DIVIDE & CONQUER.

DIVIDE & CONQUER is from executive producer and writer Peter Ocko (FAIRLY LEGAL, "The Office," "Pushing Daisies").

DIVIDE & CONQUER is a family comedy about love, support, attention and all the other things parents do to mess up their kids. In a world where failure is the new F-word, and normal is the new stupid, Ben and Charlotte are just hoping their kids make it out of the house someday. DIVIDE & CONQUER gets into the heads of a big family: four children finding their way to adulthood in these complicated times, and the parents whose lives they're sucking dry to get there. Written and executive produced by Ocko, the pilot is from Universal Cable Productions.

Gumley won Best Supporting role in a feature film this year at the NYC Film Festival. He has appeared as a recurring character in SUPAH NINJA's, and guest stars on MODERN FAMILY, THE NY 22 and PSYCH.

Gumley has starred in four Broadway shows, including the Original Broadway cast of MARY POPPINS, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and, most recently, ELF: THE MUSICAL. He also played Cynthia Nixon's son in off-Broadway's DISTRACTED. Gumley has also appeared onstage in off-Broadway's LOST IN YONKERS and Broadway's THE ADDAMS FAMILY.

Matthew is represented by Christopher Nathaniel at Michael Einfeld Management and Nancy Carson at Carson-Adler Agency.
