Powered by core franchises and new series, E! continues to be a premiere pop culture destination, posting double-digit growth in November across Primetime with Total Viewers (+15%, 480,000), Households (+17%, .41 HH), Adults 18-49 (+11%, 270,000), Women 18-49 (+14%, 201,000), Adults 18-34 (+15%, 164,000) and Women 18-34 (+23%, 128,000). Additionally, the network delivered significant growth in Total Day in all its key demos including Total Viewers (+8%, 303,000), Households (+8%, .27 HH), Adults 18-49 (+5%, 179,000), Women 18-49 (+9%, 136,000), Adults 18-34 (+7%, 112,000) and Women 18-34 (+14%, 89,000).
Pop culture phenomenon "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" finished its 8thseason in November delivering 2.1 million Total Viewers and 1.4 million Adults 18-49 for the month. The series ranked as the #1
Reality Show across cable in the Sunday 9-10pm hour among Adults 18-49, Women 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Women 18-34.
Popular new series also contributed to E!'s
Primetime success this month, especially in younger adults and women, including "Total Divas," "Hello Ross" and "Eric & Jessie: Game On," which were recently picked up for second seasons to air in early 2014. New episodes of "Total Divas" returned in November, delivering over 1.2 million Total Viewers and 740,000 Adults 18-49 and ranking as the #1
Reality Show in its time slot with Adults 18-34 and Women 18-34. The show is currently the top new original series for
E! this year in Adults 18-49. "Hello Ross" continued its success in November ranking as E!'s most-watched new topical series of 2013, delivering more than 10 million viewers to date. "Eric and Jessie: Game On" closed out its first season in November as one of the top reality shows in its primary time period with Women 18-34 and ranked as E!'s top new original series of 2013 to date in the same demo. The program also delivered nearly 1 million Total Viewers (963,000) and over half a million Adults 18-49 (657,000) during its first season.
Also contributing to the network's growth, particularly among younger women, topical core franchises
E! News (+10%) and
Fashion Police (+22%) saw year-to-year growth in W18-34.
2013 is pacing to be E!'s strongest year to date in digital and mobile with consecutive record breaking months and November delivering its 12thconsecutive month of double digit yearly audience gains.
E! Digital continues to gain momentum and outpace top competitors in growth, ranking #1 in Multiplatform and Mobile uniques across E!'s key demos (P18-49, W18-49, P18-34, W18-34) versus Entertainment News sites as of October. "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" continues to be E!'s top reality franchise on Eonline with Season 8 closing out with all-time digital highs (nearly doubling in average weekly uniques from the prior season to 221,000) and one of the most socially discussed reality shows on Sunday nights (per Trendrr.tv).
