On the January 22nd episode of CBS's UNDERCOVER BOSS, Dina Dwyer-Owens, Chairwoman and CEO of The Dwyer Group goes undercover to get a behind the scenes look at her company. The third season of the series premiered on January 15th.

Based in Waco, Texas, The Dwyer Group was established in 1981 with only one brand and has grown to become the holding company of seven service-based franchise organizations: Aire Serv, Glass Doctor, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Electric, Mr. Rooter, Rainbow International and The Grounds Guys™. Together, these brands provide a diverse array of specialty services through more than 1,300 franchises in the United States and Canada, while the company's international master licensees service almost 300 franchise locations in seven other countries.

UNDERCOVER BOSS is a two-time Emmy-nominated reality series that follows high-level corporate executives as they slip anonymously into the rank-and-file of their own companies. Each week, a different executive will leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their corporation.

UNDERCOVER BOSS airs Sundays from 8:00 - 9:00 pm on the CBS network.
