Chef Duskie Estes of Sonoma County, California, has won Food Network's web-exclusive "Road to Redemption" tournament, and will fill the tenth cast position in the upcoming primetime competition series The Next Iron Chef: Redemption, premiering Sunday, November 4th at 9pm ET/PT. In the tournament finale, Duskie's Potato and Seafood Chowder defeated Chef Lee Anne Wong's Potato Three Ways in an intense secret ingredient battle.

The "Road to Redemption" tournament at FoodNetwork.com began October 12th with a battle between former NEXT IRON CHEF contenders Estes and Robert Trevino, followed on October 19th by a competition between IRON CHEF AMERICA challengers Madison Cowan and Wong. The winners met on October 26th, where the finalists battled for their chance to be added to THE NEXT IRON CHEF: REDEMPTION cast.

Beginning November 4th, Food Network will offer THE NEXT IRON CHEF TWO SCREEN EXPERIENCE. Partnering with the IntoNow application from Yahoo! Food Network is creating a custom, second screen experience that will bring fans into the world of THE NEXT IRON CHEF like never before. The experience will also work when synced with encores and when watching the episode on DVR, VOD or online streaming.

Duskie Estes made her grandfather's birthday cake with pride in her EZBake oven at the age of 5. After graduating from Brown University studying American History, she established herself in restaurants working at Al Forno, Kinkead's, Greens, and Palace Kitchen. Duskie and her salumist husband, John Stewart, have ZAZU Restaurant + Farm and Black Pig Meat Co. in Sonoma County, California. After 22 years as a vegetarian, Duskie was crowned Queen of Pork at Aspen Food & Wine's Grand Cochon and makes some of the finest bacon out there. She is a proponent of pasture raised animals and the "snout to tail" cooking philosophy, respecting the life given by using every part. A chef, a farmer, and a rancher, she is as dedicated to her sourcing as her cooking. Duskie previously competed in The Next Iron Chef season three.

In addition to Duskie, the roster of acclaimed chefs returning for a second chance to become a member of the Iron Chef culinary society this fall are: returning from THE NEXT IRON CHEF: SEASON TWO Nate Appleman (Chipotle Mexican Grill, ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen), Amanda Freitag (Chopped), Eric Greenspan (The Foundry on Melrose, The Roof on Wilshire, Los Angeles) and Jehangir Mehta (Graffiti, Mehtaphor, New York); from The Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs Elizabeth Falkner (Krescendo, New York), Alex Guarnaschelli (Butter, The Darby, New York, Chopped) and Spike Mendelsohn (Good Stuff Eatery, We The Pizza, Washington D.C.);and first time Next Iron Chef competitors with their own redemption stories, Tim Love (The Lonesome Dove, Western Bistro, The Love Shack, Woodshed Smokehouse, White Elephant Saloon, Fort Worth) and Marcel Vigneron (The Coop, Los Angeles).

The winner will join the ranks of chefs including Bobby Flay, Marc Forgione, Jose Garces, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Symon and Geoffrey Zakarian as a member of the Chairman's team on Iron Chef America. The Next Iron Chef is produced by Triage Enterainment in conjunction with Food Network and is based partially on the format IRON CHEF owned by Fuji Television Network Inc.
