DRESS CIRCLE PUBLISHING will release STARSTRUCK, the third new novel by Ruby Preston, on Tuesday, July 14. Ms. Preston's series - Starstruck follows Showbiz and Staged - is being developed into a series by production company Excelsior Entertainment, featuring Swedish television and music star Julia Sundstrom Sandstrom. In 2016, Sandstrom will appear opposite Al Pacino and Anthony Hopkins in the feature film Beyond Deceit. To pre-order the book Starstruck, please visit www.dresscirclepublishing.com

STARSTRUCK follows the story of Scarlett Savoy, a savvy young producer. With her Broadway opening night a few weeks away, Savoy is finally ready for her brand new musical to take center stage. Only two major things standing in her way - the beautiful but mercurial Hollywood diva she's cast in the lead and the tall, dark and handsome familiar face from her past who flies back into her life. From high stakes rehearsal rooms, to paparazzi fueled scandals, to the star-studded red carpet of opening night, Starstruck is a page-turning journey behind the scenes of Broadway, all set against the glittering back drop of Manhattan. Will Scarlett make it to opening night before the curtain falls on her dreams?

"There's a whole crop of talented young producers arriving on Broadway and Ruby Preston is the first to tell their story," says Brisa Trinchero, Dress Circle Publishing co-founder. "Our mission with Dress Circle is to pull back the curtain and give Broadway fans an entertaining but authentic glimpse behind the scenes. As producers ourselves, we know first-hand how little access aspiring young producers have to what it really takes to work on Broadway."

DRESS CIRCLE PUBLISHING, founded in 2011 by Broadway producers Brisa Trinchero and Roberta Pereira, is the only publisher dedicated solely to producing books with Broadway themes by members of the Broadway community. Dress Circle Publishing's current titles include Seth's Broadway Diary by Seth Rudetsky, Jeremy Scott Blaustein's The Home for Wayward Ladies, Jennifer Ashley Tepper's The Untold Stories of Broadway, and Ruby Preston's Showbiz and Staged. www.dresscirclepublishing.com
