The announcement was made today by Dolphin Films CEO Bill O'Dowd and IM Global CEO Stuart Ford.
One of the hottest new titles to hit the international marketplace in 2014, the film was introduced to distributors from all over the world in Berlin through a strategic partnership between Dolphin Films International, Dolphin's new international sales division headed by Christine Perrin-Stocco, and IM Global. International distribution deals have since been struck with a number of key territories including France (Metropolitan Film Export), Germany (Universum Film GmbH), Italy (Lucky Red), Latin America (Leda Films), Russia/CIS (Central Partnership), Greece (Feel Good Entertainment), Turkey (Media Max), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro (Pa Dora), Poland (Polsat), Hong Kong, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam (MVP Entertainment), Indonesia (Cinema 21), Philippines (Pioneer Films), South Korea (Focus & Company), Israel (United King Video), Middle East (Selim Ramia & Co.), and South Africa (Ster-Kinekor). "We couldn't be more thrilled with the response from international distributors, media and the overall market," said Bill O'Dowd, CEO, Dolphin Films. "We're very fortunate to have a superb partner in Stuart and his entire team at IM Global, and that distributors worldwide are reacting so positively to the global marketing power of Mattel, our guaranteed wide theatrical release in the U.S. through Open Road, and to the action-packed script by Marvel Studios veteran Christopher Yost.
