Disney's AUSTIN & JESSIE & ALLY: ALL STARS NEW YEAR Scores Nearly 5 Million Viewers

Featuring a 1-hour cross-over event with "Austin & Jessie & Ally: All Star New Year" and the Season 4 premiere of "Phineas and Ferb," Disney Channel was handily Friday's #1 TV network for the entire day in Kids 2-11 (1.2 million/3.0 rating), Kids 6-11 (738,000/3.1 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (586,000/2.5 rating), and cable TV's #1 network in Total Viewers (2.0 million).

At 8 o'clock, "Austin & Jessie & Ally" stood as Friday's #1 cable TV telecast in Total Viewers (4.8 million) and TV's #1 telecast in Kids 2-11 (2.9 million/7.3 rating), Kids 6-11 (2.3 million/9.9 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (2.0 million/8.4 rating).

At 9 o'clock, the Season 4 debut of "Phineas and Ferb" delivered close to 4-month highs in Total Viewers (3.7 million), Kids 2-11 (2.2 million/5.6 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.8 million/7.4 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.4 million/5.7 rating) – since 8/24/12. Moreover, it ranked as the series' #3 telecast of 2012 to date in Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14, and #4 in Total Viewers.

Overall, Disney Channel delivered Friday's Top 5 scripted cable TV telecasts in Total Viewers, the Top 7 TV telecasts in Kids 2-11, the Top 11 in Kids 6-11 and Top 16 in Tweens 9-14.
