Disney XD Scores Solid Month in Kid Demos

Powered by the launch of "Mighty Med," the network's #2 series premiere on record, and solid outings throughout the month for "Crash & Bernstein," "Kickin' It" and "Lab Rats," Disney XD soared to its #2 month of all time in Boys 6-14 (174,000/0.9 rating) and Boys 9-14 (125,000/1.0 rating) and placed among its Top 5 months ever in Kids 6-14 (#5 - 263,000/0.7 rating), Boys 6-11 (#5 - 127,000/1.0 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (#4 - 185,000/0.8 rating).

Disney XD more than doubled NickToons in Total Viewers (+103% - 414,000 vs. 204,000), Kids 2-11 (+121% - 236,000 vs. 107,000), Kids 6-14 (+183% - 263,000 vs. 93,000), Boys 6-14 (+164% - 174,000 vs. 66,000), Kids 6-11 (+168% - 198,000 vs. 74,000), Boys 6-11 (+131% - 127,000 vs. 55,000), Tweens 9-14 (+194% - 185,000 vs. 63,000) and Boys 9-14 (+178% - 125,000 vs. 45,000).

Impressively, during the week of October 14 - 20, Disney XD delivered its #1 week in the network's history in Boys 9-14 (142,000), hit a 49 week high in Tweens 9-14 (213,000) and 47 week high in Kids 6-14 (282,000) - since weeks of 11/5/12 and 11/19/12, respectively - bolstered by Monday's all new line up of "Crash & Bernstein," "Kickin' It," "Mighty Med" and "Lab Rats."

"Crash & Bernstein" (10/14/13, 7:30 - 8:00 p.m.) garnered a series high in Boys 9-14 (257,000/2.1 rating) and its #2 telecast of all time in Kids 6-14 (489,000/1.4 rating), Boys 6-14 (332,000/1.8 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (340,000/1.4 rating).

"Kickin' It" (10/14/13, 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.) registered its #2 telecast of all time in Boys 9-14 (312,000/2.5 rating), its #3 telecast ever in Boys 6-14 (401,000/2.2 rating) and set 3-month highs in Boys 6-11 (264,000/2.2 rating) and Boys 2-11 (296,000/1.5 rating).

Newcomer "Mighty Med" (10/14/13, 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.) posted solid gains over its series launch in target demos, and in fact, based on Live + Same Day ratings, became the network's #1 telecast year to date in Boys 9-14 (394,000/3.2 rating) and its #2 telecast of 2013 in Kids 6-14 (771,000/2.1 rating), Boys 6-14 (490,000/2.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (537,000/2.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (573,000/2.4 rating).
