Disney Star Demi Lovato Announces Summer Tour

Following her whirlwind, sold-out South American tour, Demi Lovato announced today a 21-date North American tour which will kick off in Del Mar, CA on June 12th. Lovato is celebrating a hugely successful year. This week her emotional debut single "Skyscraper," off her latest album Unbroken, was certified platinum, celebrating over 1 million in sales. Meanwhile, her new single "Give Your Heart a Break" has been downloaded over 200,000 times and is cruising up the Top 40 radio charts while the music video has reached over 10 million YouTube views.

MTV recently aired "Demi Lovato: Stay Strong," a candid, one-hour documentary film, where Lovato invited the audience inside to witness her most private moments, during her very public recovery. MTV's cameras followed as Lovato spoke honestly about her experiences and her hopes for the future. The audience also witnessed Demi's on-going evolution as an artist as she performed an album full of deeply personal material before sold-out crowds across the country.
Unbroken features guest artists including Missy Elliot, Timbaland, Dev and Jason Derulo and is the long-awaited follow-up to the #1 debut of 2009's Here We Go Again and the #2 debut of 2008's Don't Forget. Lovato has performed to crowds across the world, won an ALMA, People's Choice and Teen Choice awards and has appeared on Good Morning America, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, American Idol, Americas Got Talent and Dancing with the Stars.
