Farm," "Good Luck Charlie" and "Shake It Up," Disney Channel ranked as TV's #1 network in Total Day for the 121st consecutive week among Kids 6-11 (534,000/2.2 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (481,000/2.0 rating), closing in on two-and-a-half years dominance in the target demographics (dates back to week of 6/13/11).
Disney Channel more than doubled Nickelodeon in Tweens 9-14 (+101% - 481,000 vs. 239,000) and out-performed the key competitor by 49% in Kids 6-11 (534,000 vs. 359,000), marking the network's 100th and 102nd consecutive week with at least a double digit advantage, respectively.
In Prime, Disney Channel stood as cable TV's #1 network for the 438th week in a row among Kids 6-11 (958,000/4.0 rating - 8+ years) and 175th in Tweens 9-14 (847,000/3.5 rating - 3+ years).
Friday's all new Halloween-themed "Dog With a Blog" hit a 5-month high in Total Viewers (3.45 million - since 5/5/13), ranking as the week's #1 TV telecast across target Kids 2-11 (1.91 million/4.9 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.59 million/6.7 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.37 million/5.7 rating).
The 24-hour Disney Junior channel stood as cable TV's #1 preschool-committed network in Total Day for the 27th consecutive week with Kids 2-5 (213,000/1.4 rating) and Boys 2-5 (110,000/1.4 rating) - each week since reporting public ratings on 4/1/13 - for the 10th week in a row in Girls 2-5 (103,000/1.4 rating) and for the 26th time in the previous 27 weeks in Total Viewers (435,000).
Disney Junior channel defeated Nick Jr. for the 27th straight week in Kids 2-5 (+46% - 213,000 vs. 146,000) and Boys 2-5 (+51% - 110,000 vs. 73,000), for the 10th week in a row in Girls 2-5 (+41% - 103,000 vs. 73,000) and for the 26th time in the previous 27 weeks in Total Viewers (+41% - 435,000 vs. 308,000), despite Being in 14.0 million fewer homes.
Disney Junior channel outshined Sprout by triple digits for the 27th consecutive week across all target demos: Total Viewers (+153% - 435,000 vs. 172,000), Kids 2-5 (+142% - 213,000 vs. 88,000) and Boys 2-5 (+156% - 110,000 vs. 43,000), and by at least double digits for the 27th consecutive week in Girls 2-5 (+129% - 103,000 vs. 45,000).
