This week's NHL coverage on NBCSN begins tomorrow night with a bout between conference leaders, as Vladimir Tarasenko and the Western Conference-leading St. Louis Blues host Steven Stamkos and the Eastern Conference-leading Tampa Bay Lightning at 8 p.m. ET.
In addition, NBCSN will premiere the critically-acclaimed "Road to the NHL Winter Classic Presented by Honda" docuseries, immediately following the Bruins-Red Wings matchup on Wednesday Night Rivalry. Coverage continues Saturday on NBCSN with the NHL100 Classic between the Montreal Canadiens and Ottawa Senators at 7 p.m. ET. The outdoor game celebrates 100 years of the NHL and will be played at Lansdowne Park in Ottawa.

Pre-game coverage on NHL LIVE begins an hour prior to puck drop tomorrow and Wednesday on NBCSN. Kathryn Tappen anchors studio coverage this week alongside analysts and former players Jeremy Roenick and Anson Carter on Tuesday, and Keith Jones, Roenick and NHL insider Darren Dreger on Wednesday. Tappen will be in-studio on Saturday alongside Jones and Brian Boucher for Canadiens-Senators.
Post-game coverage on NHL OVERTIME will air on NBCSN immediately following this week's games.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT RIVALRY - BRUINS-RED WINGS AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN
The Bruins are 8-2-0 in their last 10 games, with wins coming against the Lightning, Kings and Devils. Boston defeated the New York Islanders on Saturday, 3-1, led by goaltender Tuukka Rask, who recorded 30 saves in the contest. Rask has won four consecutive starts and allowed four total goals in those games.
The Red Wings split their last two games, including a 5-1 victory over the Winnipeg last Tuesday. Gustav Nyquist netted two goals against the Jets, helping the Red Wings snap a seven-game losing streak. Detroit fell to Western Conference-leading St. Louis on Saturday by a score of 6-1. The Red Wings host the Panthers tonight.Boston (14-9-4, 32 points) currently sits in third place in the Atlantic Division, five points ahead of fifth-place Detroit (11-13-5, 27 points).
Five-time Emmy Award winner Mike 'Doc' Emrick (play-by-play), former player, coach and general manager Mike Milbury (analyst), and Emmy Award-winner Pierre McGuire ('Inside-the-Glass' analyst) will call Bruins-Red Wings from Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Mich.
LIGHTNING-BLUES - TOMORROW AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN
The Western Conference-leading Blues (21-8-2, 44 points) have RATTLED off four consecutive wins, including a 3-2 overtime victory over Buffalo on Sunday. Tarasenko netted his 14th goal of the season in overtime to lift the Blues past the Sabres. Through Sunday, St. Louis ranks seventh in goals scored per game (3.29) and fourth in goals allowed per game (2.51).
The Lightning (21-6-2, 44 points) lead the Eastern Conference outright and have won five of their last six games. Tampa Bay bested Winnipeg, 4-3, in overtime on Saturday. NIKITA Kucherov netted his 20th goal of the season in the third period and teammate Brayden Point scored in overtime to give the Lightning their 21st win of the season. Kucherov ranks second in the NHL in both goals (20) and points (41). Stamkos leads all players in points (42).
Rick Peckham (play-by-play) and Brian Boucher ('Inside-the-Glass' analyst) will have the call from Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo.
NHL100 CLASSIC - CANADIENS-SENATORS - SATURDAY AT 7 P.M. ET ON NBCSN
The Canadiens (13-14-4, 30 points) look to rebound from a three-game losing streak after piecing together five consecutive wins, including a 10-1 victory over the Red Wings on Dec. 2. Montreal lost to Edmonton on Saturday, 6-2. Through 31 games, Brendan Gallagher leads the team in both points (19) and goals (13). The Canadiens host the New Jersey Devils on Thursday.
The Senators (9-12-7, 25 points) have lost their last four games and travel to Buffalo on Tuesday to face the Sabres. Mark Stone leads the club in both points (25) and goals (14).
