Derek & Julianne Hough Returning for New Season of DANCING WITH THE STARS

Will America's favorite dancing siblings, Derek and Julianne Hough, return for the 23rd season of DANCING WITH THE STARS? According to PEOPLE, multiple sources confirm that the duo will appear on the latest installment of the dance competition!

The site reports that Julianne, recently seen in the role of Sandy on FOX's GREASE LIVE, will once again serve as a judge. The actress, singer and hoofer served as a judge on seasons 19 through 21, and as a professional dancer on seasons 4 through 8.

Derek, who will make his Broadway debut in SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, has appeared on the show for 16 seasons, winning the Mirror Ball Trophy on multiple occasions. He most recently won the competition with partner Bindi Irwin on season 21. According to sources, Hough may partner with 'Taxi' star Marilu Henner on Season 23. Dance pro Cheryl Burke is also expected to make her return to the dance floor.

As previously reported, brothers Maksim and Valentin Chmerkovskiy will also go toe-to-toe on the upcoming season of the ABC dance competition. Maks is expecting his first child with fiancee and former DWTS pro Peta Murgatroyd

The Houghs, Chmerkovskiys and Burke will join previously announced pros Witney Carson, Sharna Burgess, Artem Chigvintsev, Lindsay Arnold, Sasha Farber, Allison Holker and Gleb Savchenko for season 23. PEOPLE has also confirmed that Olympian Ryan Lochte will compete.

Season 23 of Dancing with the Stars will premiere on Sept. 12 on ABC. The full celebrity cast will be announced on tomorrow's GOOD MORNING AMERICA.
