DIY Network's popular series SALVAGE DAWGS returns for a fifth season today Sunday, February 28, at 9 and 9:30 p.m. ET/PT. The 13-episode arc stars Robert Kulp and Mike Whiteside, co-owners of Black Dog Salvage, an architectural salvage business. Season four of the top-rated series saw ratings gains of 40 percent among viewers P25-54 over season three.
The series showcases Robert and Mike as they save beautiful and historic structural pieces of America's past, including doors, windows, mantles and more, from condemned homes slated for demolition. The guys then sell these valuable pieces to a wide range of clients, from construction workers to high-end interior designers, who use them to restore other historical buildings and add character to newer structures.
