She serves an extra treat in the form of a chocolate olive oil cake, and to end she dishes out a silky pasta dish with courgettes - a dish that elevates a quick fridge foray into a languorous late night treat.

Nigella treats her friends to an Italian-inspired supper including pork loin stuffed with Parma ham and oregano, served alongside her speedy mock mash and vignarola. Nigella's weekend indulgence is Sambuca kisses - delicate, doughnut-like treats so light that one would never be enough.

Nigella reveals a secret passion for one of the tastes of Italy with her dark and deviant liquorice pudding, before introducing the joys of fregola - the Sardinian sun-dried and toasted couscous - in a light, tomato-hued recipe of couscous with clams. Nigella serves her dinner party guests a simple yet sumptuous meal of butterflied leg of lamb and baby aubergines with oregano and roasted red onion. Dessert is an irresistible meringue gelato cake with sharp raspberries and a dark chocolate sauce.

Things are getting "Wilder" as Oh So Cosmo TV host Wilder Weir goes on a quest for romance. This bachelor will have his pick of four lovely ladies including Persian princess Sarah, no-nonsense reporter Nadia, sweet and sassy Justine and racy redhead Rose. With the ladies all swooning, Wilder takes the opportunity to ask some tough questions, and at the end of the night, Wilder sends one lady packing. Drops, bumps and bruises are in store for Wilder on his list of dates which include flair bartending, roller skating and bumper ball. Only one lucky lady will win this love showdown and walk away with a $1,000 dream date and hunky Wilder's heart.

Brash and bold divorcée Kathy Dymond is looking for her diamond in the rough. Kathy will have her pick from four doting dudes including bad boy boxer Wayne, handsome Diego, pretentious Pete and down-to-earth dad Dave. To get an appraisal of her suitors, Kathy hosts the men for dinner and serves up a manly meal, but at the end of the night, Kathy must send one guy home. Kathy spends the rest of the week on romantic dates including dance lessons, diamond shopping and horseback riding, but there can only be one mate for a $1,000 date and this leopard-loving lioness.

Glam girl Gail McInnes is on the hunt for the elusive Mr. Right. With high hopes of finally finding her match, fashionista Gail will have her choice of four men: culinary artist David, macho man Mike, former model Emir and class clown Dan. To get to know the bachelors, Gail hosts a spicy dinner party, literally and metaphorically. The guys have their peacock feathers on display as they pump themselves up and put each other down throughout the night, but Gail sends one man packing. The remaining men choose activities she's never tried before including shucking oysters, circus training and playing the drums, but only one can win a $1,000 dream date and the heart of this flawless fashionista.

Premiering Friday, December 27th at 10pmET/7pmPT - "Cathy"

Come Dine With Me superstar Cathy Habus has had enough of the single life. Here she will have her pick of four standup suitors vying for love including nice guy Dave, budding brew master Justin, rebound man Miles and desperate-for-love Trevor. Once again, Cathy will open her parent's basement door to four strangers, though, this time, they are all handsome single men. The men impress chatty Cathy, but for one unlucky bachelor, the journey ends here. She spends the next three days getting to know each man through activities including laughing yoga and striptease classes. Sassy Cathy is serious about love, and only one man can win a $1,000 dream date and the chance for romance.

First up is Kaboom Box in Vancouver for fresh, west coast seafood. Next in the streets of Philadelphia, the Foo Truck serves up savory Asian sandwiches. Then in Dallas, the Three Lions truck is the best British bistro on wheels. Finally, The Lime Truck brings internationally-inspired handheld delights to the streets of Irvine, California.

Premiering Thursday, December 12th at 9pmET/6pmPT- "Cowboys and Indians"

First up in Calgary, Alberta, the Naaco Truck serves fresh, authentic Indian cuisine, and in Toronto, the Hank Daddy's Cart dishes out smokin' hot barbecue. Then in Miami, it is all about grilled cheese sandwiches courtesy of the Ms. Cheezious truck, and the Scratch Truck delivers savory Asian-styled sandwiches to streets of Minneapolis.

Premiering Thursday, December 19th at 9pmET/6pmPT- "Hot Haute Cuisine"

First in Edmonton, Alberta, The Act truck puts on a culinary show of excellence with creative combinations. In Dallas, Jack's Chowhound wrangles up savory Southern-style sandwiches, and then in Minneapolis, the Sassy Spoon serves up healthy lunches with a side helping of attitude. Finally in Miami, the Gastropod trailer delivers hot haute cuisine curbside.

The Mighty Skillet truck in Calgary, Alberta puts some punch into lunch with dishes like Eggs Benedict with Lemon Hollandaise. In Orange County, Calif., The Bite Truck serves up global cuisine, and in Dallas, the Nammi truck dishes out Vietnamese fushion dishes. Finally, The Cinnamon Snail in New York specializes in vegan dishes with an Asian twist.

Ilene and Freddie Tsuhara - 71 and 73 respectively - are throwing a bash at their Concord, N.C., pad. Mo helps the couple assemble some fabulous appetizers including a twist on the classic shrimp cocktail. They also dish out grilled pineapple and short ribs, and what is a cocktail party without cocktails? Mo learns some great potent potables from mixmaster Freddie including theHarvey Wallbanger.

Restaurant Redemption

Premiering Tuesday, November 26th at 8pmET/5pmPT - "Saigon 39"

Ching heads to Kansas City to a family-run Vietnamese restaurant. Mimi Perkins opened Saigon 39 to rave reviews and lines down the block. Now, more than 20 years later, the restaurant is in the hands of Mimi's children, Linda and Victor, and business has plummeted. Although officially retired, Mimi is still the boss. Ching needs to bring the dishes and the décor into the 21st century and get Mimi to take a step back to let Victor and Linda run the restaurant. Victor and Linda say they are ready for change, but are they up for the challenge?

Premiering Tuesday December 3rd at 8pmET/5pmPT - "Yen Ching Express"

John Bian along with his parents and wife run a struggling Chinese restaurant in Bloomington, Ill. The restaurant is the only income for the family and as sales continue to drop, tensions have begun to run high. Due to the family's lack of communication and leadership, the restaurant has fallen into a state of disrepair. To turn the failing restaurant around, Ching will need to convince the feuding family that they need an entirely new restaurant concept - and that they need to work together to make it happen.

Premiering Tuesday December 24th at 8pmET/5pmPT - "Assembly"

With their profit margins in the red, Assembly Steakhouse had to lay off 90% of their staff. Now, owner Jack Koombis is pushing his three children to help him run the business, but his leadership techniques are questionable, and temperatures are flaring at home and in the kitchen. It's up to Ching to help this family stick together, while updating their restaurant, before everything goes up in flames.

Premiering Sunday, December 1st at 9pmET/6pmPT - "San Francisco Sweet Treats"

San Francisco has a well-earned reputation as a foodie paradise, so restaurants here have to work twice as hard to stand out. At Craftsman & Wolves, Chef William Warner's attention to detail creates edible works of art like the flaky, croissant-inspired Chocolate Stack. At Ice Cream Bar, owner Juliet Pries has crossed an old-timey soda fountain (complete with soda jerk) and flavor-forward creations. Finally, at bean-to-bar chocolate makers Dandelion Chocolate, customers can see their chocolate created from start to finish and then sample their favorites.

Portland is one city at the forefront of the food scene using local ingredients with a unique spin. Quin Candy is a perfect example making nostalgic sweets with a sophisticated twist using ingredients like marionberries, smoked sugar and creamed infused with ground popcorn. The creator of Stumptown Coffee is behind the city's latest gem the Roman Candle Baking Company. The delectable breakfast treats and artisanal pastries have the same attention to detail and quality that made the coffee such a success. Our final must-see sweet destination is Kyra's Bakeshop, which serves up indulgent cupcakes that also happen to be gluten-free.

In this episode we dig into childhood treats that are all grown up. In Portland, Oregon, an ice cream shop is adding cocktails to the mix-ins. In Healdsberg, California, the area's bountiful produce finds its way into hyper-seasonal cupcakes. And in New York, chocolate is eaten unroasted and raw, and is infused with some very sophisticated ingredients. Children may like them, but the adults will be hooked.

Everybody is going nuts for doughnuts and across the country doughnut shops are coming up with innovative new ways to re-invent this crowd favorite. In Portland, Oregon, there's a place that specializes in grown-up versions that feature bold glazes and boozy fillings. In New York, old-school mini doughnuts made fresh to order are all the rage, the 15 different kinds of flavored sugars let you customize your own for a bite that has your name all over it.
