"Days of our Lives" has tied for #1 among network daytime series in the demographic of women 18-34 for the week of Aug. 11-15, matching a 14-week high among those younger women according to "live plus same day" viewing figures from Nielsen Media Research.
For the week of Aug. 11-15, "Days of our Lives" (0.8 rating, 6 share among women 18-49, 0.5 rating among women 18-34) tied for #5 among network daytime series in the women 18-49 demographic and tied for #1 in the women 18-34 race. "Days" earned its highest women 18-34 rating since the week of July 7-11 (0.5) and equaled its highest since the week of May 5-9 (0.6).
For the week versus the same week last year, "Days of our Lives" was up +1% among women 18-49 viewers (537,000 vs. 531,000), up +9% in the women 25-54 race (700,000 vs. 644,000) and up +8% in total viewers (2.5 million vs. 2.3 million).
Season to date, "Days of our Lives" is tied for #6 in the women 18-49 category and tied for #7 in the women 18-34 demo. Season to date, "Days of our Lives" is up +7% in the women 18-49 race (694,000 vs. 650,000), up +6% in the women 25-54 demo (861,000 vs. 807,000) and up +6% in total viewers (2.9 million vs. 2.7 million).
