Yesterday was a night of movie scores on DANCING WITH THE STARS, and tonight we get sneak peek at a new movie - the remake of FOOTLOOSE, with a performance from Blake Shelton and the movie's stars! But it is an elimination show and one of the DWTS stars has reached the end of their journey. Will it be Carson, whose audience votes have kept him in the competition thus far? Or will it be Chynna, who has been a strong contender but faltered last night? Of course, it could be another star altogether; find out now!
We get things started with a performance from Raphael Saadiq, followed by a performance of Ghost's "Unchained Melody" from Susan Boyle - who, coincidentally, was also today revealed to be appearing in a musical about her life.
Ricki Lake and J.R. Martinez are declared safe, and Rob Kardashian is told his fate will be announced later in the episode.
Before more results, FOOTLOOSE stars Julianne Hough and Kenny Wormald take to the ballroom floor for a mashup of songs from the film, including the title song performed by Blake Shelton and featuring Jamal Sims' choreography.
Last night's lowest scorers - Carson Kressley and Chaz Bono - are safe. Chynna is in jeopardy. Julianne Hough returns for another high-spirited performance with her brother (Ricki's partner this season), Derek Hough. Almost immediately after, Hope Solo and David Arquette are also safe, leaving Nancy Grace in jeopardy along with Rob and Chynna.
So who will it be? It's Chynna who's packing her bags this week. Despite generally strong performances and being an early frontrunner, she forgot her moves last night and that was the mistake that she and partner Tony were unabled to recover from.
"I will take this with me for the rest of my life," Chynna says in parting.
