PEOPLE reports that DANCING WITH THE STARS pro Mark Ballas suffered an injury during rehearsals on Sunday and may not be able to compete on tonight's live show. "He injured his back at camera blocking rehearsal on Sunday," a source tells PEOPLE. "It's an old injury that he aggravated. It's up in the air if he'll be able to perform tonight."
A doctor for the show will examine Ballas later today to determine if he is fit to perform this evening. As of now, his celebrity partner, UFC fighter Paige VanZant, is rehearsing with Alan Bersten, a former SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE contestant and current member of the DWTS dance troupe.
About the show: This season's exciting new cast of "Dancing with the Stars" will be revealed live, TUESDAY, MARCH 8, exclusively on "Good Morning America" (7:00-9:00 a.m. EST) on the ABC Television Network.
