Coverage of WTA Finals to from Singapore on WatchESPN This Weekend

WatchESPN has daily coverage of the BNP Paribas WTA Finals from Singapore - produced by the WTA - with the championship live on ESPN2 on Sunday, Oct. 30, at 7:30 a.m. The qualified singles for the elite eight so far includes Angelique Kerber - who has already clinched the World No.1 title - Agnieszka Radwanska, Simona Halep, Karolina Pliskova, Garbine Muguruza, Madison Keys and Dominika Cibulkova. The eighth spot will be decided on Saturday, Oct. 22, between Johanna Konta and Svetlana Kuznetsova, pending the results of the Kremlin Cup in Moscow. The players have been split into the Red and White groups (below) for two four-person round robins. Peter Odgers and Alicia Molik will call the action.

Johanna Konta or Svetlana Kuznetsova All players play three round-robin matches against players in their group to determine a winner and runner-up from each group, who then advance to the KNOCKOUT stage of the tournament. The winner of the White Group plays THE RUNNER-UP of the Red Group, and vice versa in the semifinals, with the winners advancing to the Championship. All matches are best-of-three sets. WatchESPN's coverage will also include the doubles events with action of doubles defending champions Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis (two-time singles champion making her eighth WTA Finals appearance in her Hall of Fame career).
