Tiffani starts with a refreshing Tequila Peach Tea and Pimento Cheese Spread and serves up fall-from-the-bone BBQ Ribs that have been rubbed and sauced to perfection. Dinner at Tiffani's is about to get even better with her good friends Bree Turner, Lance Bass and his husband, Michael Turchin. Who said you cannot have breakfast for dinner?! It is never too late for bacon, especially when it is coated in a Maple Fennel Glaze. Tiffani also prepares Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Frittatas, and a light Plum Caprese Salad. Plus, every brunch needs bubbles, so Tiffani's pairing all of this with one of her favorite cocktails, a Cranberry Prosecco Fizz.

Love is in the air as Jason Priestley and his wife, Naomi Priestley, join Tiffani Thiessen and her husband Brady Smith for a menu torn from the pages of their own fairy tales! Emeril's Florida

  • Premiering Sunday, March 1st at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "South Walton"

This trip, Emeril travels to South Walton in the Florida Panhandle. The first stop is The Bay, owned by local chef favorite Jim Shirley, featuring Southern Gulf cuisines and sushi. Next, Emeril visits Vin'tij Wine Boutique & Bistro for their eclectic menu and outstanding wine list. Then, Emeril takes a tour of the many events held in South Walton throughout the year, including a wine and food festival, a fashion week, road races, a film festival and a beer fest. Emeril finishes his trip in South Walton by grilling fresh-caught red snapper for a fresh and healthy salad.

  • Premiering Sunday, March 8th at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Family Owned & Operated"

Emeril visits restaurants and a farm that are all family-owned and operated. He begins his trip in Key Largo to meet a family that decided to move to Florida and open a restaurant, even though they had never been in the business! Emeril's next destination is The Cellar in Daytona Beach, a labor of love for the couple that owns it, and it is considered one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Then, Emeril heads to Homestead in South Florida to meet a mother and son that own and operate one of the best farms around. Inspired by his visits, Emeril prepares one of his favorite farm-to-table dishes, Leek and Potato Soup.

  • Premiering Sunday, March 15th at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Kissimmee"

Emeril begins his tour of Kissimmee at Reunion Wyndham Grand Golf & Spa Resort, a premier tourist destination in Kissimmee, especially for golfers. After touring the resort, Emeril meets with Executive Chef Etienne Jehl at his restaurant Eleven to sample some of his signature dishes. Emeril's next stop is the Lakeside Grill at the Bohemian Hotel in Celebration, where Emeril visits a chef he mentored at his restaurant in New Orleans. Next up, Emeril visits a local's favorite for authentic Mexican food. Emeril ends his tour by preparing a dish inspired by his visit to Kissimmee, Fried Catfish Po'Boys.

  • Premiering Sunday, March 22nd at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "Veteran Owned & Operated"

Emeril salutes veteran-owned and operated restaurants and craft breweries in Florida. His first stop takes him to the east side of the state to Malabar. There, Emeril meets United States Army veteran Stuart Borton, who along with his wife, owns the Yellow Dog Café. Next, Emeril meets Ron Gamble, a Navy fighter pilot who along with other military friends opened one of the hottest craft breweries in the Jacksonville area. Next, Emeril meets Tom Rice, a United States Army veteran who owns Magnolia Grill, a successful restaurant in Fort Walton Beach; but that is only part of the story. Tom spends a great deal of time, effort and resources through his restaurant to help support military veterans and their families. As a tribute to his dad, who also served in the military, Emeril prepares one of the dishes his father made when Emeril was a youngster: Mr. John's Meatloaf.

  • Premiering Sunday, March 29th at 2:30pmET/11:30amPT - "South Florida Favorites"

Emeril travels to the southern part of Florida to visit some of his favorite restaurants he has discovered over the years. He first visits his long-time friend and James Beard Award winner Michelle Bernsteinat her famous restaurant Michy's, in downtown Miami. Next, Emeril crosses the bridge to Miami Beach to meet the owners of the hottest gastropub in Miami: Pubbelly. Emeril then travels to the Florida Keys for a stop at the historic Cheeca Lodge and their signature restaurant, Atlantic's Edge. Emeril finishes things off by preparing one of his favorite Florida seafood dishes, Yellowtail Snapper with a ClassicMeunière Sauce.

Extra Virgin

  • Premiering Wednesday, March 4th at 9:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "Tools of the Trade"

Every good chef needs a good set of tools. When Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos are in Tuscany, they try to cook with unique Tuscan tools whenever possible. Like any chef, they are always looking to add to their arsenal. They take the kids and their friend Robert to a flea market, and go on THE HUNT for traditional cooking utensils after a picnic at the local zip line adventure park. Back home, they cook a delicious dinner using the day's finds.

  • Premiering Wednesday, March 11th at 9:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "Livorno"

Debi, Gabriele and the girls need a break from the intense July heat in Tuscany so Gabriele decides to take them to the Mediterranean coastal town of Livorno for some fun in the breezy sea air and some fresh, light seafood. They stop at a local restaurant for traditional cuisine, take in the boardwalk scene and then visit the big fish market to buy some fresh seafood to take home and cook the next day. For dinner, they make a Livorno-inspired meal with Gabriele's signature Tuscan twist.

  • Premiering Wednesday, March 18th at 9:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "A Day of Food and Beauty"

One of Debi's favorite places to go in Florence is the 400-year-old Pharmacy at the Santa Maria Novella. Part museum, part store selling traditional and modern elixirs, oils, soaps and perfumes, Debi has been visiting for years. She and Gabriele decide to spend the day showing the girls all of the different ways that the herbs from their land can be used to make fun beauty treatments and delicious food. Debi gives her friend Robert and the girls a "spa day" in their kitchen, then Gabriele cooks a dinner using recipes that highlight the same local Tuscan herbs.

  • Premiering Wednesday, March 25th at 9:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "Tuscan Safari"

Tuscany is full of wild game: deer, rabbit, pheasant and, of course, boar. One of Gabriele's friends runs a Tuscan safari, a trip through the wilderness that gives visitors an up-close look at some of that Tuscan wildlife, and Gabriele decides to take Debi and the girls on safari. Then for dinner, they cook some delicious recipes that feature the most celebrated local wild game, the mighty boar.

Rebel Without a Kitchen

Always looking to challenge himself, Matt decides to do an after-hours takeover of a popular Montreal pizza joint for a one-night pop up event. Feeling as if it were his first pop up all over again, Matt hopes he can draw in Montreal's late night foodies to his event and impress them with his late-night nosh.

Matt's headed to the barbecue capital of the world: Texas. He has been invited to the Cowboy Classic, located just outside of Austin. It is Matt's first rodeo, and he is determined to learn the craft of barbecuing from the professionals. With mouth-watering barbecue available on every corner, Matt hopes to impress the hardcore BBQ lovers of the south with some daring flavors that might just break some barbecue traditions.

  • Premiering Tuesday, March 24th at 10:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "Later Alligator"

Matt explores the Cuban food scene of South Florida in preparation for Miami's Burgerliscious Burger Competition. Meeting a famous chef, tasting amazing street food, and even befriending some alligators along the way, Matt is inspired to Fuse his love of burgers with everything he has learned in the city. He hopes to push the envelope by serving up an unconventional burger at the competition, and can only hope the risk will pay off.

  • Premiering Tuesday, March 31st at 10:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "Mystery Mirliton"

Matt is invited to participate in the New Orleans Mirliton Festival. The challenge? It is a vegetable he has never heard of. A real fish out of water, Matt must eat his way through the streets of New Orleans, learning what it is and how the locals eat and cook with the vegetable. Hopefully in the end, he can come up with a dish that will have the locals seeing the vegetable in a whole new light.
