Cooking Channel fills March with new episodes from fan-favorite series. Bobby Deen embarks on a mission to find out how to make pure, unprocessed, homemade noodles for his Asian Style Pork and Mushrooms. He finds the perfect place, Brooklyn Wok Shop, where Edric Har steps up as his teacher. Later, Bobby's friend Brigitte Nguyen comes over to taste his efforts and assist in the kitchen with his scrumptious Asian Take-Out foods.

Bobby Deen heads over to his good friend and leavening expert's bread bakery for a one-on-one lesson in bread making. He learns how to make whole wheat healthy bread to use in both of his French inspired recipes.


Premiering Wednesday, March 20th at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Hearty Favorites"
Bobby Deen learns about the finest, heart healthy dark chocolate in New York City at Mariebelle, and the chocolatier even shows him how to make a tangy fruit coulis to add tons of flavor to his dessert without the fat. Then, Bobby's friend Seton Rossini helps Bobby tackle his Dark Molten Lava Cakes.

Bobby Deen takes a trip to Sweet and Sara, where he learns how to make healthy homemade graham crackers for his S'mores, using whole wheat flour, no butter, and less sugar. Then, sweets expert and Bobby's buddy, Julia Baker, comes over to get dessert crazy.

Emeril's Florida
Premiering Sunday, March 3rd at 10:30amET/7:30amPT - "Palm Beach"
Emeril heads to the Palm Beach area to explore local, sustainable and delicious food. He visits the popular Swank Farms where he and Executive Chef/Owner of Buccan in Palm Beach select produce for the dishes the chef later prepares for him. Over in Delray Beach, Executive Chef Nick Morfogen is on the leading edge of sustainable Florida cuisine and talks a little bit about this with Emeril. Next, Emeril travels to Guanabanas - an open-air Caribbean restaurant and bar that's a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Emeril tries a few of their signature items with Jon Sullivan, who tells of Guanabana's origins as a sandwich shop. Finally, Emeril takes a trip to The Quantum House in West Palm Beach, where real people are making real impacts in the lives of children with serious medical conditions and their families. Emeril talks with Director Roberta Jurney and Emeril teams up with friends from The Breakers to prepare a meal for the guests.


Premiering Sunday, March 10th at 10:30amET/7:30amPT - "Big Night Out"
Emeril's first stop is the Grand Floridian Hotel at Walt Disney World in Orlando, where he chats with Scott Hunnel, Executive Chef at Victoria & Albert's, known for its rare culinary experience and fine dining cuisine. Next, Emeril heads to The Maritana Grille inside The Don Cesar hotel - a long standing icon of Floridian luxury. Emeril meets with Chef Kenny Hunsberger to talk about his creative passion and try a few favorites. For the next visit, Emeril heads to Coral Gables to stop by the famous Biltmore Hotel. Inside, the Palme D'or restaurant offers the pinnacle of luxury dining with French-American cuisine done the right way. Finally, Emeril travels up the East Coast to The Breakers in Palm Beach where he talks with Chef Anthony Sicignano inside the new HMF concept at their large lobby bar.


Premiering Sunday, March 17th at 10:30amET/7:30amPT - "Pensacola"
Emeril begins his Pensacola tour at McGuire's Irish Pub, renowned for its beers brewed on-site. He then heads to The Fish House restaurant and samples dishes with co-owner and chef, Jim Shirley. Emeril later heads to Joe Patti's Seafood, where Frank Patti, the founder's son, gives him a tour of the facility and shares tips on buying fish. Finally, Emeril and his son EJ head to Pensacola Beach for some fishing, a Ferris wheel ride and of course, a delicious sampling tower of crab and seafood from a local restaurant.


Premiering Sunday, March 24th at 10:30amET/7:30amPT - "Cool Places and a Fishing Trip"
Emeril takes a tour of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and gets a close-up look at some of the most exotic tropical fruits around. Then, he visits a hidden gem in Kissimmee - Warbird Adventures at Kissimmee Air Museum, where he meets up with President and Chief Pilot Thom Richard to talk about some of the planes at the museum, their history, as well as the flight experience they feature for guests. Finally, Emeril is back on the boat up in the panhandle, but this time with Florida Governor Rick Scott. The duo does a variety of fishing and then cook it dockside, serving up a healthy take on trout almondine.


Premiering Sunday, March 30th at 10:30amET/7:30amPT - "Miami"
Emeril's Miami trip starts in South Beach at the Eden Roc Hotel. A true South Beach destination, this glamorous resort is home to one of Miami's hottest restaurant - aptly named 1500 degrees. Next stop is Ortanique on the Mile in Coral Gables where Chef and creator Cindy Hutson has Emeril try some of her favorites. Then, Emeril travels to the swanky Epic hotel in downtown Miami where he meets up with Chef Michael Reidt in his restaurant Area 31, a Mediterranean-inspired seafood restaurant on the 16th floor. Finally, Emeril explores the major landmarks in Miami and takes a look at the nightlife.

Brunch @ Bobby's
Premiering Thursday, March 7th at 9:30pmET/6:30pmPT - "Open House Brunch"
At Bobby Flay's home, every meal is an open house where friends and family show up ready to eat. For his open house Style brunch, Bobby serves an Orange Spiced Crumb Cake; Citrus Blueberry Salad with Minted Sugar; Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Dill Havarti; Country Ham and Toasted Croutons; and Sweet Potato Hash Browns with Green Onion Vinaigrette. For a surprise, his guests can belly up to his "DIY" Wine Fruit Sparkler bar.

Bobby Flay takes a hint from the city by the bay in this San Francisco-inspired brunch that includes Apricot-Yogurt Parfait with California Granola and an Orange Scented Bombolini with Pastry Cream and Chocolate Dipping Sauce. Plus, Bobby reveals what goes into the unbelievable omelet known as the Hang Town Fry.

Bobby Flay makes a spread of continental favorites for this brunch menu. He bakes up all-American favorites like Shoo-Fly Muffins, Banana Bread with Vanilla Bean-Pecan Butter and homemade Fruit-Filled Mini Toaster Pastries. For an added bit of fun, he creates a one-of-a-kind Bellini Bar that is sure to impress any brunch guest.

Bobby Flay's brunch takes a culinary trip to New England and features some of the region's best local ingredients.
