Then, Emeril travels to the swanky Epic hotel in downtown Miami where he meets up with Chef Michael Reidt in his restaurant Area 31, a Mediterranean-inspired seafood restaurant on the 16th floor. Finally, Emeril explores the major landmarks in Miami and takes a look at the nightlife.
