COMEDY CENTRAL has launched "COMEDY CENTRAL Pop-Up Stand-Up," a new series of free live all-star stand-up shows at secret locations throughout the country. The first show kicks off tonight, Monday, October 24, with Gabriel Iglesias, host of COMEDY CENTRAL's hit TV series "Gabriel Iglesias Presents: Stand-Up Revolution" at The Addison Improv Comedy Theater in Dallas, TX.

Presented by Corona, "COMEDY CENTRAL Pop-Up Stand-Up" will invite an all-star stand-up comedian to participate in the pop-up showcase while fans are challenged to solve clues to discover the location and date of the stand-up performance. The clues are updated daily on the COMEDY CENTRAL Pop-Up Stand-Up Website, Facebook and Twitter and the missing details are revealed only a few days before the show.

Earlier this month, COMEDY CENTRAL announced Iglesias as the first comedian in its pop-up comedy show line-up. Within the last few weeks, the network provided clues for fans to mull over the venue location such as "the show is in one of the larger states in the contiguous U.S.," "home to five professional sports teams" and "third largest city in Texas." After weeks of anticipation, the Addison Improv Comedy Theater was named the location of Iglesias' show last Monday and the first 150 fans in line tonight will enjoy the show for free.

Iglesias has been described as unbelievably funny, electrifying and a gifted performer who has the ability to consistently deliver a quality comedy experience in every venue he performs in. His high-octane show is a hilarious mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring all his personal issues to life. Iglesias' clean, animated comedy style has earned national crossover appeal as seen in his live performance DVD specials "Hot & Fluffy" and "I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy," as well as his TV appearances in "Last Comic Standing," "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and more.

The next comedian participating in the "COMEDY CENTRAL Pop-Up Stand-Up" will be announced tomorrow, October 25, together with a new set of clues to help discover the next pop-up show mystery. For more information or clues to the next show, please visit www.jokes.com/pop-up-stand-up.
