COMEDY CENTRAL fans, it's time to chill out! Who needs exercise on a hot summer day when you can get inside, pour yourself a cold one, put your feet up and channel surf over to the only all-comedy network's line-up of well-toned hilarity? COMEDY CENTRAL's already done all the hard work for you! From new and returning series, ("Russell Simmons Presents Stand-Up at The El Rey," "Big Lake," "Tosh.0" and "Atom TV") to cult favorites finding a new home on COMEDY CENTRAL ("Futurama," "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia") to a new "COMEDY CENTRAL Roast" and multiple new one-hour stand-up specials ("Subject to Change: Danny Bhoy," "Dan Cummins: Crazy With a Capital F" and many more), COMEDY CENTRAL is the best place to tune in and cool down in the months to come.

The following are descriptions of new series, new specials and returning series premiering in Summer of 2010:

MAY 2010

"Atom TV" - Season 3 Premiere

Premieres Wednesday, May 19 at 2:30 a.m.

Atom TV brings together the best online Webisodes from Atom.com and puts them smack-dab on viewers' TV screens. COMEDY CENTRAL couldn't let these gems stay just on the Web. Viewers can check out a side-splitting smattering of the hottest online offerings every week from the comfort of their couch.

"Subject to Change: Danny Bhoy" - World Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Saturday, May 22 at 11:00 p.m.

What happens when an Indian, a Scot and a comic all walk into a bar? Find out when COMEDY CENTRAL brings Scotland's favorite Indian comedian to the stage. Known for being keenly observant with a razor sharp wit, get Danny Bhoy's take on bagpipes, why he acts like a Frenchman when he's in America and the reason behind his intense love of accents in this brand-new, one-hour stand-up special.

"Dan Cummins: Crazy With a Capital F" - World Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Saturday, May 29 at 11:00 p.m.

Live from his current hometown of Spokane, Washington, the quirky Dan Cummins performs his uniquely cynical brand of observational humor for a sold-out crowd. Join Cummins as he explores the joys of drunk-gifting yourself, the absurdity of iPod vending machines and the perils of the "Tooth Gremlin."

"It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" - COMEDY CENTRAL Premiere

Premieres Monday, May 31 at 9:00 p.m.

Crude, controversial, outlandish, and downright hilarious, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" stars Charlie Day, Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton, Kaitlin Olson and Danny DeVito and features the cast as self-centered owners of Paddy's Irish Pub in Philadelphia who will do just about anything, no matter how reprehensible, in an attempt to better their own situation. Serious issues such as racism, abortion, underage drinking, molestation, gun control, cancer and death somehow weave their way into the cockeyed universe of "The Gang." The characters are experts on every subject but actually possess expertise in nothing at all. They often use revisionist history to bolster their self-worth, which contrasts sharply with the true reality of their lives.

JUNE 2010

"Tosh.0" - All-New Episodes

Premieres Wednesday, June 2 at 10:30 p.m.

The master of Internet crap is back for 16 all-new episodes! Daniel Tosh takes to the boob tube to examine all things YouTube in "Tosh.0." In a world overwhelmed by Chocolate Rain, Two Girls, One Cup, Keyboard Cat and Demi Moore's nether regions, Tosh helps viewers seek the funniest and filthiest ways to procrastinate. "Tosh.0" features Tosh's razor sharp humor and biting commentary and delves into all aspects of the Internet from the absolutely absurd to the incredibly ingenious in this weekly, topical series. In addition, the series features viral clips of the week and original videos created by and starring well-known actors and comedians. Each episode features the segment "Web Redemption," which gives subjects of infamous viral videos (i.e. Nintendo 64 Kid and Crying Giants Fan) a second chance to redeem themselves from the embarrassment with which they've become synonymous.

"Paul F. Tompkins: You Should Have Told Me" - World Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Friday, June 11 at 11:00 p.m.

Paul F. Tompkins discusses the pros and cons of having neighbors, strategies for binge drinking, pot paranoia and the logistics of speaking with the dead in this brand-new stand-up special.

"Lewis Black: Stark Raving Black" - Network Television Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Saturday, June 12 at 9:00 p.m.

Lewis Black is back and as raving mad as ever. Tune in as he rails against turning 60 and the magic of capitalism. This one-hour premiere event has something for everyone, ranging from the image of Black's parents in the honeymoon suite to a near-angelic meeting with Amy Grant and Vince Gill - both causing Black to go his usual Stark Raving Black.

"Futurama" - Season 6 Premiere

Premieres Thursday, June 24 at 10:00 p.m.

"Futurama" is back! Everybody's favorite zany group from the future has returned with twelve brand-new episodes, premiering right here on COMEDY CENTRAL. Twentieth century boy Philip J. Fry is still jetting around the universe with his favorite drunken robot, one-eyed mutant, mad scientist, rule-abiding Jamaican accountant and Nibblonian monster in a host of brand-new adventures from the team at Planet Express.

"Juston McKinney: Middle Class Hole" - World Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Saturday, June 26 at 11:00 p.m.

Juston McKinney explores married life, having kids and suburbia in his new World Premiere stand-up special. While still embracing his blue collar roots, Juston takes his comedy to the next level - the world of the middle class.

JULY 2010

"Kevin Hart: Seriously Funny" - World Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Sunday, July 11 at 10:00 p.m.

Viewers loved "Kevin Hart: I'm a Grown Little Man" but it's time to get really serious about laughing with Hart's new one-hour stand-up special, "Kevin Hart: Seriously Funny." In it, Hart tackles his family, his fears, cursing his teacher out and finding the right time for phone sex. Hart's getting older and wiser and now it's time to get serious; seriously funny, that is.

"Russell Simmons Presents Stand-Up at The El Rey" - Series Premiere

Premieres Sunday, July 11 at 11:00 p.m.

This 6-episode series is hosted by JB Smoove ("Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Saturday Night Live") and features stand-up with a hip-hop vibe, reflecting the urban culture of today's youth through stand-up comedy. Executive produced by Russell Simmons and Stan Lathan, each episode consists of three up-and-coming comics and features music created by DJ Cassidy.

"Steve Byrne: The Byrne Identity" - World Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Sunday, July 25 at 10:00 p.m.

AUGUST 2010

"The COMEDY CENTRAL Roast"

Premieres Sunday, August 1 at 10:00 p.m.

It's Roast Time! COMEDY CENTRAL is gathering its biggest stars for the nastiest night of fun on television! One unlucky star will be in the hot seat as COMEDY CENTRAL takes them to task for past antics and rakes them over the comedic coals. This star-studded night of name calling only comes around once a year and nobody does it quite like COMEDY CENTRAL!

"Big Lake" (Working Title) - Series Premiere

Premieres Tuesday, August 3 at 10:00 p.m.

Produced by Gary Sanchez Productions, the Production Company led by Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy, this multi-camera sitcom for COMEDY CENTRAL tells the story of a young man (played by Chris Gethard) who won't let anything get in the way of his big dreams, even if it means losing his job and having to move back in with his parents and sleep on their couch. With the help of his friends, an ex-convict, played by Horatio Sanz ("Saturday Night Live") and a burned-out high-school teacher played by Chris Parnell ("30 Rock"), the trio plan a myriad of well-intentioned schemes to save their hometown, Big Lake. Invariably these plans don't come to fruition and the gang is forced to go back to the drawing board.

"Whitney Cummings Stand-Up TBD" (Working Title) - World Premiere Stand-up Special

Premieres Saturday, August 7 at 11:30 p.m.

She wowed at "The COMEDY CENTRAL Roast of Joan Rivers" and was put on "COMEDY CENTRAL's Hot List," so it's about time Whitney Cummings came to COMEDY CENTRAL with her very own stand-up special! Tune in to see what this no-holds-barred comedienne has to say.
