Colin Hanks to Guest Star on ABC's HAPPY ENDINGS

As first reported on EWonline, actor Colin Hanks is set to guest-star on an upcoming episode of the ABC comedy HAPPY ENDINGS. 

The actor will be playing himself on the episode. He will encounter the show's, Dave, (Zachary Knighton) at 'The Steak Me Home Tonight' truck stop in Chicago and the two will become fast friends. According to the report, shooting on the episode begins today, January 27th for a scheduled airing later this season.

Hanks has most recently been seen in the role of an obsessed serial killer on the sixth season of 'Dexter'.

Other recent guest stars on the ABC comedy HAPPY ENDINGS have included Michael McKean, Megan Mullally, Fred Savage, and Rob Riggle.
