Claire Julien Joins Cast of Sofia Coppola's THE BLING RING

Deadline.com reports that Claire Julien has joined the cast of Sofia Coppola's upcoming film THE BLING RING. The actress joins previously announced cast members Emma Watson, Taissa Farmiga and Leslie Mann.

The film is based on actual events about a group of teenagers who stole more $3 million worth of high-end designer jewelry from celebrities inclucing Paris Hilton, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson, Orlando Bloom, Miranda Kerr, Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox and Lindsay Lohan.

Coppola will write and direct the feature film which will be produced by her brothers, Roman and Youree Henley. Fred Roos and Michael Zakin will executive produce. Shooting is set to begin next week in Los Angeles.

Julien will be seen on the big screen in the upcoming film The Dark Knight Rises.
