Chelsea Handler's late night sidekick 'Chuy' was forced to withdraw from ABC's new Celebrity Diving competition SPLASH, due to a foot fracture, says TVGuide.

The injury occurred during the first taping of the new Reality Show on Monday as Chuy tried to jump on a table in the lounge area by the pool. According to the report, the table broke resulting in Chuy's fractured heel bone.

Chuy had been coached by Olympic swimmer Greg Louganis in the series. The diminutive actor never learned how to swim, making his participation on the show even more daring. He will replaced by U.S. soccer star Brandi Chastain.

"Splash" marks the first time 10 celebrities will train and compete in regulation platform and springboard diving at dizzying heights in front of a weekly poolside audience. Leading up to the competition, the world's most decorated and medaled diving legend, Greg Louganis, will give each celebrity weeks of training. Each dive will be critiqued by the judges, London Olympic U.S. Gold medalist David Boudia and Australian Olympic athlete and USA Dive Team director Steve Foley. "Splash" premieres TUESDAY, MARCH 19 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on The ABC Television Network.
