Ching-He Huang changes the face of Asian cuisine in America one menu at a time in the new series Restaurant Redemption premiering Tuesday, October 29th at 8pm ET/5pm PT on Cooking Channel. Ching travels the country to help owners of struggling Asian restaurants revitalize their menus by giving them new inspiration and direction to turn their businesses around. Throughout the series, Ching meets restaurant owners from across the country in desperate need of her help. In Michigan, two bickering brothers are on a downward spiral and about to lose their family business because they can't agree on any business decisions. Emotions run high as Ching takes the reigns and brings their stale restaurant up to date with a major menu and décor overhaul with hopes of bringing their family and business back together. In another episode, Ching comes to the aid of a husband and wife in Queens, New York. The duo needs to pull their failing Chinese-Tiki inspired restaurant out of financial trouble. Ching helps them rediscover their culinary passions and regain control of their restaurant.
