CBS's THE TALK topped "The View" in both viewers and women 18-49 for the second time in four weeks, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending April 3.
THE TALK averaged 2.55m vs. "The View's" 2.49m, a +2% advantage. Among the key
women 18-49 demographic,
THE TALK averaged 0.7/05, +17% ahead of "The View's" 0.6/05.
This marks THE TALK's fourth win in viewers and second in women 18-49 this season, compared to a year ago when
THE TALK trailed "The View" every week in both measures.
Among women 25-54,
THE TALK tied "The View" for the third time in four weeks.

THE TALK features a panel of well-known news and entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, contemporary issues, family, celebrity and the trending topics of the day. The daily one-hour series is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler. The hosts swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home about events in the headlines and their own homes. Show segments include guest interviews with entertainers and newsmakers, musical performances, cooking demos with celebrity chefs as well as real-world advice and tips from leading experts in fitness, diet, health, home, relationships, finance and fashion. The show was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer.
