CBS's Thursday night lineup soared +31% in adults 18-49 and +20% in viewers over a week ago, as THE ODD COUPLE and 2 BROKE GIRLS delivered season high in adults 18-49, while MOM also saw growth in viewers and demos, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 21.
At 8:00 PM,
THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in viewers (13.83m, up +2% from 13.50m for its last original episode on 4/7), adults 25-54 (4.5/15) and adults 18-49 (3.1/12).
THE BIG BANG THEORY was the night's top program in all key measures.
At 8:30 PM,
THE ODD COUPLE posted season highs in viewers (8.64m), adults 25-54 (2.7/06) and adults 18-49 (1.7/06). Compared to last week,
THE ODD COUPLE was up +23% in adults 25-54 (from 2.2/07), +13% in adults 18-49 (from 1.5/05) and added +1.54m viewers (from 7.10m, +22%).
At 9:00 PM, MOM was first in viewers (8.41m), adults 25-54 (2.7/08) and adults 18-49 (1.8/06, matching a season high). Compared to last week, MOM was up +17% in adults 25-54 (from 2.3/07), +20% in adults 18-49 (from 1.5/05) and added +950,000 viewers (from 7.46m, +13%).
At 9:30 PM,
2 BROKE GIRLS was first in viewers (6.93m), adults 25-54 (2.5/07) and adults 18-49 (1.8/06), a season high in both demos.
2 BROKE GIRLS was up +14% in adults 25-54 (from 2.2/06), +20% in adults 18-49 (from 1.5/05) and added +680,000 viewers (from 6.25m, +11%) versus a week ago.
From 9:00-10:00 PM in adults 18-49, MOM and
2 BROKE GIRLS (1.8, each) out delivered NBC's highly promoted "Blacklist" (1.3) and ABC's "Scandal" (1.5).
At 10:00 PM, RUSH HOUR was first in viewers (4.65m), adults 18-49 (1.0/03) and adults 25-54 (1.3/04, tie). Compared to last week, RUSH HOUR was up +8% in adults 25-54 (from 1.2/04), +11% in adults 18-49 (from 0.9/03) and added +390,000 viewers (from 4.26m, +9%).
For the night,
CBS was first in viewers (7.85m), adults 25-54 (2.5/07) and adults 18-49 (1.7/06).
