THE GOOD WIFE grew by more than 2 million viewers over its Sunday premiere last year, while the second episode of MADAM SECRETARY was Sunday's most-watched scripted program, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Sunday, Sept. 28

MADAM SECRETARY was the most-watched scripted show of the night with 12.66 million viewers, while averaging 2.3/06 in adults 25-54 and 1.4/04 in adults 18-49.
MADAM SECRETARY was the night's most-watched scripted program, retaining 86% of its premiere audience and adding +4.04m viewers (from 8.62m, +47%) from the year-ago time period.
At 9:00 PM,
THE GOOD WIFE averaged 11.20 million viewers, 2.2/05 in adults 25-54 and 1.3/04 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week's season premiere,
THE GOOD WIFE was even in adults 25-54 and added +140,000 viewers (from 11.06m, +1%). Compared the same night last year,
THE GOOD WIFE added +2.05m viewers (from 9.15m, +22%).
