NCIS was the week's top program in viewers - topping Sunday Night Football - as well as the top scripted program in adults 25-54 and the top drama in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Dec. 23.
NCIS delivered 12.3/19 in households, 19.59m in viewers, 4.8/13 in adults 25-54 and 3.3/10 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week, NCIS was up +11% in households (from 11.1/17), +12% in adults 25-54 (from 4.3/11), +18% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/08) and added +1.94m viewers (from 17.65m, +10%). NCIS was the week's #1 program in households and viewers, the week's #1 scripted program in adults 25-54 and the week's top drama in adults 18-49.
In addition, HAWAII FIVE-0 (6.7/11, 10.54m) posted season-high viewer totals, while Thursday's BIG BANG THEORY encore swept its time period in viewers and key demographics, beating the first-run season finale of "The Voice."
