CBS News' FACE THE NATION was the #1 Sunday morning public affairs program in viewers, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Oct. 30. FACE THE NATION delivered 3.72 million viewers and 0.8/04 in adults 25-54, the demographic most important to those who advertise in news. FACE THE NATION posted year-to-year percentage growth in viewers (up +9%, from 3.42m) and in adults 24-54 (up +33%, from 0.6/02). (Editor's Note: FACE THE NATION's second half-hour was broadcast contiguously across 58.7% of the CBS affiliates.)

FACE THE NATION is averaging 3.59 million viewers (up +4%, from 3.45m) and 0.8/04 in adults 25-54 (up +33%, from 0.6/03).
The Oct. 30 broadcast opened with an update on the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's email server from Jeff Pegues,
CBS News Justice Department correspondent. Dickerson then sat down with Republican vice presidential nominee Gov. Mike Pence. Next the show aired a portion of Dickerson's interview with Vice President Joe Biden.
CBS News elections director Anthony Salvanto then discussed the latest
CBS News battleground tracker polls before Joel Benenson, a Hillary for America senior strategist, discussed the latest campaign developments. The political roundtable featured
USA Today's Susan Page; New York Times' Patrick Healy; Cook Political Report's Amy Walter; and The Federalist's Ben Domenech. The show closed with the remainder of Dickerson's interview with Vice President Biden.
