Face The Nation was up +21% in viewers (from 2.39m) and even in adults 25-54.

The August 10 broadcast of
Face The Nation featured reports from the Middle East from
CBS News correspondents Holly Williams in Iraq, Charlie D'Agata from Tel Aviv and Clarissa Ward from Gaza City. Host Bob Schieffer then spoke with Sen. Jack Reed (D-RI) and former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq James Jeffrey. Shifting gears to the Ebola outbreak, Schieffer interviewed Dr. Keiji Fukuda, Assistant Director General of Health Security for the World Health Organization. Marking the 40th anniversary of President Nixon's resignation, Schieffer spoke to
CBS News cameraman George Christian, who was in the Oval Office during Nixon's televised announcement, and the two reporters who broke the Watergate story, authors Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein. The second half of the show also featured a conversation with David Rohde of Reuters and TIME's Michael Crowley.
