CBS News' FACE THE NATION is the #1 Sunday morning public affairs program in viewers television year-to-date, according to Nielsen most current ratings. Television year-to-date, FACE THE NATION is averaging 3.53 million viewers and 0.7/03 in adults 25-54.

The Dec. 17 broadcast opened with an interview with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, followed by interviews with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Sen. James Lankford (R-OK). Next, John Dickerson had a tax policy discussion with
THE WALL Street Journal's Richard Rubin. The political roundtable featured Slate and
CBS News political analyst Jamelle Bouie; The Federalist's Ben Domenech; Jeffrey Goldberg, editor in chief of The Atlantic; and Cook Political Report's Amy Walter.
