Josh Bycel and Jon Fenner are penning the script with Paul Weitz, the film's writer and director.

IN GOOD COMPANY centers on "a middle-aged exec who has to contend with a new boss who is half his age and is also dating his daughter."

The movie drew nearly $46,000,000 at the domestic box office after its holiday season debut in 2004.

This project is one of many movie-to-TV adaptations in development this season. BWW will keep you updated with casting news and more!
