Led by NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles as well as growth from new drama GOLDEN BOY, CBS won Tuesday night in households, viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 9.

NCIS was first in households (10.5/17) and viewers (16.67m), and was second in both adults 25-54 (4.1/11) and adults 18-49 (2.6/08) at 8:00 PM. If the ratings hold, NCIS was the night's top program in both households and viewers and the top scripted program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 (tied with NCIS: LOS ANGELES).

NCIS: LOS ANGELES was first in households (8.8/13), viewers (13.94m), adults 25-54 (3.9/07) and adults 18-49 (2.6/07) from 9:00-10:00 PM. Compared to the last first-run episode (on March 26), NCIS: Los Angeles was up +3% in adults 25-54 (from 3.8/09) and was even in adults 18-49. If the ratings hold, NCIS: Los Angeles was tied with NCIS as the #1 scripted program in adults 18-49 and was the #2 program overall behind NCIS in both households and viewers.

At 10:00 PM, Golden Boy was first in adults 18-49 (1.5/04), was tied for first in adults 25-54 (2.2/05, with ABC), and was second in both households (5.2/09) and viewers (7.89m).
