CBS THIS MORNING posted double-digit percentage gains year-to-year in key demos according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Sept. 30. Also, CBS THIS MORNING is the only broadcast morning news program up season-to-date in all three categories: viewers, adults 25-54 and women 25-54.
For the week ending Sept. 30,
CBS THIS MORNING was up +10% among women 25-54 (1.1/08 rating from 1.0/07) and +14% women 18-49 (0.8/07 rating from 0.7/06) compared to a year ago.
Season-to-date,
CBS THIS MORNING is up +4% in viewers, +13% in adults 25-54 and +10% in women 25-54. At the same time,
NBC was down -2% in viewers and -5% and women 25-54.
ABC was down -7% in viewers, -7% in adults 25-54, -6% and women 25-54.
CBS THIS MORNING has delivered year-over-year audience growth for 48 consecutive months while
ABC has not experienced year-over-year monthly gains since April 2014.
