CBS won its sixth consecutive Thursday in key ratings measures led by THE MENTALIST, the night's top program in viewers, and SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS, the top program in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 22.
SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was first in households (7.0/12), viewers (11.78m), adults 25-54 (4.7/13) and adults 18-49 (3.6/12). SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was the night's number one program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS is up +4% in viewers and +2% in adults 18-49 versus last spring's "Survivor: Tocantins."
CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (8.2/14), viewers (13.32m), adults 25-54 (4.0/10) and second in adults 18-49 (2.8/08, -0.1 behind NBC). Compared to last week, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was up +1% in households (from 8.1/14) and added +130,000 viewers (from 13.19m, +1%).
At 10:00 PM, THE MENTALIST was first in households (9.3/16), viewers (14.78m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (3.0/08). THE MENTALIST was the night's number one program in viewers.
For the night, CBS was first in households (8.1/14), viewers (13.30m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.1/09). CBS swept these measures for the sixth straight Thursday.
