The season finale of SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was Sunday's number one program in viewers and key demographics, leading CBS to its 10th consecutive Sunday win in viewers and seventh win in the last 10 weeks in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 16.
From 8:00-10:00 PM, SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS SEASON FINALE was first in households (7.2/12), viewers (13.33m), adults 25-54 (5.4/13) and adults 18-49 (4.2/12). SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was the night's #1 program in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
Compared to last May's SURVIVOR finale, CBS was up +3% in households (from 7.0/11), +4% in adults 25-54 (from 5.2/12) and added +350,000 viewers (from 12.98m, +3%).

For the night, CBS was first in households (6.9/12), viewers (12.23m), adults 25-54 (4.4/12) and adults 18-49 (3.4/10). CBS was first in viewers for the 10th consecutive week, first in adults 25-54 for the 8th time in 10 weeks and first in adults 18-49 for the 7th time in 10 weeks.
SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS was also a success across CBS Interactive platforms. Throughout this season, fans of SURVIVOR: HEROES VS VILLAINS were able to log on to CBS.com to watch full episodes and exclusive clips, read weekly recaps, and play in the SURVIVOR Fantasy League, giving them a chance to win a trip to the South Pacific. This season, SURVIVOR: HEROES VS. VILLAINS episode streams outperformed the last two seasons, showing +61% more streams than last year's TOCANTINS season and +23% more than last season in SAMOA.
