CBS SUNDAY MORNING was again the #1 Sunday morning news broadcast with viewers and adults 25-54.
CBS SUNDAY MORNING averaged 5.37 million viewers and delivered a 1.3/08 with adults 25-54. Compared to the same week last year, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +9% in viewers (from 4.92m) and up +8% with adults 25-54 (from a 1.2/07).
Television year-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +6% in viewers (5.84m from 5.53m) compared to last year
Sunday's broadcast featured Anthony Mason's interview with singer-songwriter Sarah McLachlan; Mark Strassmann's report on new revelations in White House conversations secretly recorded by President Richard Nixon; Martha Teichner's talk with director and screenwriter Richard Linklater; Rita Braver's look at the world of hoarding; Mo Rocca's piece on the boom in the highly detailed grooming habits of some men; and Lee Cowan's interview with actress Anjelica Houston.
