CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +2% in viewers (from 5.91m) and even in adults 25-54. Season-to-date,
CBS SUNDAY MORNING is delivering 6.04 million viewers and a 1.3/07 in adults 24-54.
CBS SUNDAY MORNING is #1 in households, viewers and adults 25-54, season-to-date.
Sunday's broadcast, anchored by Charles Osgood, featured Scott Simon's report on the challenges humanitarian aid organizations face when good-intentioned people donated useless items to disaster-hit areas; Martha Teichner's look at a rare dictionary believed to be William Shakespeare's; Jim Axelrod's profile of late night comic host Larry Wilmore; Lee Cowan's chat with Nike founder and billionaire Phil Knight; Maurice DuBois' visit with two new actors making their Broadway debuts in "Shuffle Along;" Steve Hartman's story about Henry, the African tortoise; and commentary from Jim Gaffigan.
