Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is delivering 6.12 million viewers and a 1.2/07 with adults 25-54, the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news. Compared to the same point last season, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +2% in viewers (from 5.98m).

CBS SUNDAY MORNING delivered 5.91 million viewers and a 1.2/07 with adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. The broadcast was #1 in both measures.
Jane Pauley anchored Sunday's broadcast, which included Tracy Smith's cover story on the increasing number of big-name stars who rely on lip syncing to augment their vocals during live performances. The broadcast also featured Lee Cowan's profile of actress Emma Stone; Mark Strassmann's interview with country music singer-songwriter Lori McKenna; Faith Salie's report on the enduring appeal of romance novels; Rita Braver's interview with celebrity fashion designer Michael Kors; Mo Rocca's report on the history of the "bro hug"; Ben Tracy's story about the renewed interest in pinball; and Steve Hartman's report on a 91-year-old man who suffered a heart attack and, after being revived by paramedics, said he wanted to live so he could take his wife out for a steak dinner.
