NCIS was Tuesday's #1 program in viewers and key demographics, leading CBS to a nightly win in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Oct. 11.

NCIS was first in households (11.5/18), viewers (18.66m), adults 25-54 (5.3/13) and adults 18-49 (3.9/11) for the fourth consecutive week. NCIS was the night's number one program in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49, topping the highly promoted season premiere of "Last Man Standing" in key ratings measures

NCIS: LOS ANGELES (9.5/14, 15.40m) was first in adults 18-49 (3.3/08) and tied for first in adults 25-54 (4.6/10, with ABC). Compared to last week, NCIS: LOS ANGELES was up +2% in adults 25-54 (from 4.5/10) and added +620,000 viewers (from 14.78m, +4%).

UNFORGETTABLE was first in households (7.5/12), viewers (11.78m), adults 25-54 (3.3/08) and second behind FOX's baseball in adults 18-49 (2.3/06).

For the night, CBS was first in households (9.5/15), viewers (15.28m), adults 25-54 (4.4/10) and adults 18-49 (3.2/08). CBS was first in Tuesday in households, viewers and adults 25-54 for the fourth consecutive week.

Note: DVR penetration is at 42%, up from 38% last year. Last Fall, Live+7 audiences for original entertainment series on CBS gained over 1.8 million viewers, on average, over Live+ Same Day ratings, more than any other network. This season, we expect DVR penetration to continue to increase and, as a result, we expect DVR playback audiences to grow as well.
