CBS Favorites Post Increases from Last First-Run Episodes

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, CSI and THE MENTALIST all posted increases versus their last first-run episode, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Thursday, March 10.

Note: CBS had preemptions/delays due to the ACC and SEC basketball tournaments.

THE BIG BANG THEORY was second in households (7.4/12), viewers (12.13m), adults 25-54 (4.9/13) and adults 18-49 (3.8/11). Compared to the last first-run episode (on February 24th), BIG BANG THEORY was even in adults 18-49.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was second in households (5.7/09), viewers (9.48m), adults 25-54 (3.7/08) and adults 18-49 (2.8/08). Compared to the last week, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was up +14% in households (from 5.0/08), +12% in adults 25-54 (from 3.3/09), +17% in adults 18-49 (from 2.4/07) and added +1.24m viewers (from 8.24m, +15%).

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (8.5/14), viewers (13.58m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and second in adults 18-49 (3.1/09). Compared to the last first-run episode (on February 24th), CSI was up +12% in households (from 7.6/12), +16% in adults 25-54 (from 3.8/09), +15% in adults 18-49 (from 2.7/07) and added +1.17m viewers (from 12.41m, +9%).

THE MENTALIST was first in households (9.0/16), viewers (14.36m), adults 25-54 (4.1/11) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09). Compared to the last first-run episode (on February 24th), THE MENTALIST was up +7% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/08).

For the night, CBS was second in households (8.0/13), viewers (12.92m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (3.1/09).
